How can I order items?
Ordering clothing online at Eve’s Fashion is easy and fast. Follow these steps to shop your favorite items:
- Choose your favorite item(s) – Select your size and add the item to your shopping cart. Want to continue browsing? No problem – your items will remain in your cart.
- Proceed to checkout – Happy with your selection? Click on ‘Proceed to checkout’.
- Log in or create an account – Log in to your existing account or easily create one during checkout.
- Review your order – Double-check that everything is correct.
- Choose your shipping method – You can opt for delivery to a pickup point (with lower shipping fees) or home delivery.
- Secure online payment – Choose a payment method that suits you.
- Confirm – Accept our terms and conditions and click on ‘Place order’.
What is the status of my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation and tracking code by email. This allows you to easily track your package. Didn't receive the email? Please check your spam folder. Still nothing? Then contact our customer service team.
Please note: DPD/PostNL no longer leave delivery notes in your mailbox. Make sure to check your track & trace code for the latest delivery updates.
Can I change my address or order?
- Address change: This is only possible if your tracking code has not yet been sent. Please contact our customer service via email as soon as possible with your order number.
- Order change: Only possible for address or size (if available), as long as your order has not yet been processed.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible as we process orders immediately. Refusing a package or not picking it up from a DPD/PostNL pickup point may result in extra costs, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Sale terms
Please note: Sale items and products with 25% discount or more cannot be returned. However, you can exchange them within 14 days. You’ll receive a store credit worth the value of the discounted item. This also applies when using discount codes. When using a (personal) store credit, shipping costs will always be charged.
