    Shipping your order
    As soon as we have received your order and payment, we will get started for you. You can choose:

    • DPD pickup location: €3.95
    • Standard home delivery: €6.95

    For orders (non-sale): Free shipping from €100

    For sale items, the following applies:

    • Free shipping with an order value of €150
    • Sale shipping: €6.95
    • Delivery is always to a DPD pickup point near you

    Returning your order
    You may return your online purchases within 14 days. You may try on your purchase at home, just like in our showroom. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
    Returns are at your own expense.

    Click the button below to easily request your return label online. Use the track & trace code from your email. Once logged in to the portal, you can download and print your return label yourself.

    Returns are only accepted through our return service. If you choose another method, we are not responsible for any loss or damage.


    What is the return period?
    You have a legal cooling-off period of 14 days. Within this period, your return must reach us. Make sure the items are in original condition, with tag and packaging.


    Hygiene – what is not returnable?
    The following items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If sent anyway, we reserve the right to refuse the package:

    • Underwear
    • Items without original packaging/label
    • Products with stains, odors or signs of use
    • Damaged, worn or washed items
    • Jewelry

    When will I get my money back?
    Once we have received and inspected the return, we will process it. If everything meets the conditions, you will receive confirmation within 7 working days. We will refund the amount using the same payment method, with the exception of discounted items.

    Did you pay via Riverty, Klarna, Zinia or PayPal? The invoice will be adjusted accordingly. Note: the €3.95 surcharge always remains applicable.


    What is non-returnable?

    • Discounted items with more than 50% off
    • Items returned outside the 14-day return period
    • Items without original packaging or label
    • Products with stains, damage or signs of wear
    • Hygiene products such as lashes, masks, jewelry

    Can I exchange?
    Exchanges are not possible. Want a different size or color? Place a new order.


    Received the wrong or damaged item?
    Notify us within 2 days of receipt by emailing [email protected] and include photos of the item and your order number. We'll work with you to find a suitable solution.

    Returns submitted after 2 days are no longer guaranteed for claim handling.


    Missing an item from your package?
    If your order couldn’t be fulfilled, you’ll receive an email about it. Didn’t hear from us? Contact us at [email protected].


    Can I return discounted items?
    Yes, returns are allowed, but no money will be refunded.

    • You will receive a store credit for returned discounted items
    • No invoice adjustment with Klarna or Riverty
    • Exchanges possible up to 50% discount and within 14 days
    • You’ll receive a credit code upon processing your return

    Can I return bikinis, lingerie or swimwear?
    Legally, we may refuse these items for hygiene reasons.
    As a gesture of goodwill, we allow returns for store credit as long as the hygiene seal has not been broken. If the packaging is unopened, you will receive a full refund.


    Shipping & weekends
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code via email. Didn’t receive it? Check your spam folder.
    Note: Sale items may have a longer delivery time.
    Orders are not shipped during weekends.
