Delivery Times
Items ordered from the OUTLET/SALE section will be delivered within 5–7 business days.
Items ordered from the FLASH SALE will be delivered within 2–3 business days.
All sale items are shipped to a DPD pick-up location near you.
Returns on Discounted Items
Items purchased at a discounted price can only be exchanged in the form of store credit. No refunds will be issued, and outstanding invoices via Riverty or Klarna will not be canceled.
Exchanges are allowed up to 50% discount and must be made within the 14-day return period. This also applies to general promotional offers or discount codes used in the webshop.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll issue you a store credit, which you can use to select another item.
Important: If you're exchanging items bought during a limited-time promotion, your credit will be equal to the amount paid minus the discount received. These offers are temporary, so if you return the item after the promotion has ended, it will not retain the original discount. Please keep this in mind.
Registering a Return
If you wish to return an item, please always notify us via email at [email protected]. After receiving your request, we’ll send you a link to complete the return process and provide the return form.
Make sure to fill out the form completely, as incomplete forms will not be processed.
We recommend returning your item via our return label, which includes tracking. Always keep your track & trace code until you've received confirmation from us or your refund has been processed.
Payment Terms for Returns
If you’ve purchased one or more full-priced items that didn’t meet your expectations, you’re entitled to a refund.
After we receive and inspect the returned items, and if everything meets the return conditions, you’ll receive your refund within 30 days.
The €3.95 surcharge for using Riverty, Paypal or Klarna must still be paid under all circumstances.
OUTLET
Please note: Items from our outlet are non-returnable. No exceptions will be made, and this policy is final.
Returns on Swimwear & Lingerie
By law, we are allowed to refuse returns of lingerie, bikinis, swimsuits, etc., due to hygiene reasons.
However, we understand sizing issues or preferences may arise. Therefore, as a gesture of goodwill, we allow exchanges on swimwear and lingerie via store credit only. No refunds will be issued. You may use the credit to select a different size or product.
Returns on Jewelry
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days at [email protected].
OUR ANNUAL FLASH SALE
Items purchased during the FLASH SALE are final sale and cannot be returned, especially those purchased on days 1 through 5. You will not receive a refund, nor will Riverty/Afterpay/Klarna invoices be waived.
Items purchased on days 6 and 7 of the Flash Sale may be exchanged for store credit only.
This applies strictly to products bought on those specific days. No refunds will be given for discounted items.
CYBER MONDAY SALE
Items purchased during the CYBER MONDAY SALE are final, and refunds will not be issued. Riverty/Afterpay/Klarna invoices will also not be canceled.
Items not discounted in your order may be returned for a refund.
Discount codes cannot be combined with personal vouchers or other promo codes.
END OF AN ERA SALE
All items bought during the END OF AN ERA SALE are final sale and cannot be returned.
You will not receive a refund, and Riverty/Afterpay/Klarna invoices will not be canceled.
Please note: Items from the sale, outlet, or sample sale are part of previous collections and may show minor defects or discoloring due to the discounted pricing.
No refunds will be issued on these items.
